Rule Sheet/Waiver: Before entering a Course or Field everyone must read a Rule Sheet and read, complete and sign a Waiver. In addition, persons under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s signature.

Membership Information Sheet: Silverleaf is open to the public. No membership is required. However, memberships are available. Persons covered by a membership shoot practice rounds at reduced prices.
